RETURN POLICY
  • The item must be returned as new and unused, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. 
  • If there are any obstacles for reselling the good such as scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; and/or any signs of wear on the product, the tags, and/or the case; and the product has been sized or altered in any way, we cannot accept the items for return or exchange. 
  • Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the Website pages displaying those products. For all items except individual products, you can return in 15 days without any conditions. For damaged or defective items you can return in 30 days with official report signed by you and the cargo worker.


You can select 3 different return methods;

Store Credit, a full amount paid, minus the shipping, gift wrapping or any other charges, will be credited to your ROTAP account. Store credit does not expire and can be used any time as cash for any purchase at ROTAP . If you gained a present from this shopping, you are not required to send it back. 

Money Refund, a full amount paid, minus the shipping, gift wrapping or any other charges, will be refunded to your Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Account. If you gained a present from this shopping, you must to send back with its original package. 

Product Exchange, the product can be exchanged with a new item. If you gained a present from this shopping, you are not required to send it back.

Free Gifts with Purchase

Free Gifts with purchase must be returned together with your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Or, you can choose to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit and still keep the Free Gift.

Monogrammed or Custom Made Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for monogrammed or custom-made items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Deparment within 48 hours from delivery. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail.
  • We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
  • ROTAP will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage on the package, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service Deparment  immediately.


Return Instructions

Please note that ROTAP cannot guarantee a return credit for orders that are returned without proper ROTAP authorization. For the authorization, please send an e-mail regarding the issue to rotap@rotapsaat.com . We will respond with your return code number. By adding this number to your package before shipping back to us, you can return your item.

Gift Returns

Gifts can be returned within 15 days from delivery. For return acceptance, gifts must provide return and exchanges policies. ROTAP cannot guarantee return acceptance for gifts that are returned without proper ROTAP authorization. Return authorization must be obtained by exactly following the steps below:

  • Send us an e-mail indicating the reason of your gift return and make sure to specify the name of the person by whom the gift was purchased at ROTAP.
  • Our customer service will send an e-mail to you a return authorization number and instructions within four to six business days. 
  • Follow the returning instructions contained in the e-mail and ship the item back to the address listed within the same e-mail. You will receive a ROTAP gift certificate by e-mail or product exchange as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. 
  • The amount of the gift certificate will reflect the original purchase price, less the initial shipping fee. No direct refund can be applied to returned gifts.
